Get Nutrition Consult from Dr. Nickels what we put in is fuel for our body
Follow custom plan for Mom, Dad, and Children
See Dr. Shaw for monthly checkups for Chiropractic Maintenance
See Primary Doctors for Checkups through Insurance and Medi-Share
Health Plan- Dr. Steven Nickels has private full blood testing with diagnosis and plan to for health for a whole lifetime. We see him monthly for therapy and quarterly for testing. Located in Mandarin area and Ponte Vidra.
Eliminate all High Fructose Corn Syrup consumption- Reverence book Dr. Hymen and Dr. Nickels consult
Limit Processed sugar replace with whole fruit and natural sugar
Limit or eliminate all processed foods replace with grown food or things that eat grown food. (No pre-made frozen, box food, and anything processed)
We Choose to eat similar to Paleo, or Bible based nutrition
We will eat to live and allow a cheat day every other week
The above is only possible by removing all the foods out of our house that are not on the nutrition plan and we eat out for cheat day for no left overs
Exercise- Trainer is Fitness Revolution and Matt W.
We are very busy but children and adults are to get 45 min to 1 hour of great physical workouts
Children will accomplish this in normal play and be more like 2 hours
Adults can use pools, gym, and or home equipment to do heart raised exercise for 45-60 min custom workouts made by Fitness Revolution and the two Matts.
We also do exercise that we enjoy like playing tennis, bike rides, swimming, and many other active activities.
Spiritual Growth- We choose a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and attend Eleven 22 Church and we think its most important to grow spiritually and live as close to what Jesus would do every day. We fall short but thankful we are forgiven for our human nature and we try harder everyday by putting God first. Humans are a mess but we are doing our best by bringing DHC to everyone and the charity CCU (CHILD Charity USA)

(This allows for purchases toward College, house, or big spending item)
Goal also to purchase Return of Premium on Children on Children and Adults.
We have also used many work products for short and long term disability, and also tripling income for life insurance
Health Insurance is provided by wife’s work for her at low cost
Dad and Children are on Medi-Share medical bill repayment for Healthcare (not insurance) ask for details and consultation with Owner Jeremy Hoort
Identity Protection for all records, medical, identification, bank, credit cards, driving records, and dark web provided by I.D. Shield who is a DHC partner business consultation done by Jeremy Hoort

Financial Investments

My wife has a retirement plan for State Employees so that is 1/3 to ½ of our retirement
Social Security is maybe @ ¼ (if its still around)
Then it’s a custom plan with our DHC certified financial planner, and DHC financial advisor.
We are using Annuity, and all other options to fully invest in our Golden Number
Golden Number is when we are making enough to be financially free for the rest of life
Our Goal is to live a tax free style lifestyle in retirement and this takes very careful planning with insurance and financial advisor.
